When we launch the Tek app software, it says "Failed to read SPC Calibration file. will use uncalibrated factory defaults until SPC has been performed" with OK button. How do I fix this?
These files are keep on the hard drive, if the drive has a problem best to get the looked into soon.
You could warm up the DPO7254C disconnect all inputs and from the Utility menu run the Calibration (SPC).
