My DPO4104 is not detecting the USB drive in the front. The drive was an Apricorn USB 3.0, which is encrypted for security, I'm not sure if this may be the issue.
When we have seen issues like this previously when the drive is not in FAT32 format. Please ensure that the drive is formatted with FAT32.
