Hello,
All nonvolatile memory devices in the DPO7000C are documented in our declassification document: https://www.tek.com/en/oscilloscope/dpo70000-mso70000-manual/dpo7000-c-dpo70000-b-c-d-dx-dsa70000-b-c-d-mso70000-c-dx-mso-0
Table 4 shows a NVRAM 16 Megabits element for Calibration data on the acquisition board. The factory calibration will follow the oscilloscope, not the system drive.
Note that after swapping the system drive, rebuilding system drive, updating firmware, or changing timebase, the TekScope application will need to run Signal Path Compensation. This is an automated process performed by end-users to account for additional factors beyond the factory (e.g. local temperature, pressure, humidity, etc.).
