My scope used to work correctly for LXI however, it has stopped resolving correct IP address for LXI to work. I just cannot connect to the LXI interface either from internal or external network. Reboot doesn't help, same lan cable is OK with other devices. Please help.

Unfortunately it sounds like you'll need to send the instrument in for repair. Request an RMA here: https://www.tek.com/en/services/repair/rma-request
