My TDP0500 failed calibration due to the 4.25V range is not working. The 42V range passed calibration. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Hello,
If this probe or others like have past before then the unit should come in for a repair. If not you can send in the TDP0500 to our Factory service team can verify and repair if needed.

To set up a repair RMA (model and serial number)
