Hi,

I am using TCP305A to measure the current through a very small value inductor like tens of nH. Want to know the effect of the probe inductance on the effective inductance of the inductor under test.

Hello,

The TCP305 has Insertion Impedance of 0.02 Ohm @ 1 MHz, 0.1 Ohm @ 10 MHz, and 0.35 Ohm @ 50 MHz.
