How do you recommend adding CH1 and CH2 signals? I currently use an op-amp, but would prefer to use a BNC "T" connector. Would this method damage the AFG1062?

I recommend using a 50 ohm resistive power splitter/combiner like the Mini-Circuits ZFRSC-2050+ (https://www.minicircuits.com/WebStore/dashboard.html?model=ZFRSC-2050%2B). Using a BNC-tee won’t damage your AFG but you might not get the amplitude you expect due to double loading. What amplitude (and frequency) are you looking for and is this something you need often?
