We have purchased licensed software, but the hard drive on the desktop crashed suddenly. How do we retrieve the license details to reinstall the software? Kindly help.

Hi,
It would be best to send in a support ticket. Try to provide the following information (in the ticket).
1) The license name (or at least the software you're using)
2) TekAMS company #, or whoever checked out the license originally through TekAMS
3) If you have multiple copies of the same software, roughly what day was it installed
