I believe that it is possible to to achieve greater than 3kV using two 2657As. By having one unit force +3kV referenced to ground and the other to force -3kV referenced to the same ground, thus providing 6kV across the device under test. Is their any risk of damage to either 2657A. Is there a recommended connection for the guards and sense given this configuration?
