Hello,

What is the maximum voltage of the 2470? I read online that the 2470 could withstand 1000 V, while the manual indicates it can handle up to 1100 volts. Also is the 2470 is a direct replacement for the 2410, and does it include an 'Isolation Relay' feature like the 2410 does?

Hello,

For all specifications, I recommend reviewing the datasheet:
https://www.tek.com/en/datasheet/2470-graphical-sourcemeter-smu-instrument-datasheet

This will provide ranges and accuracy specifications for each source and measure function. The maximum reported source range is 1000V.
However, most of our sourcing instruments provide an overrange value, in this case 1100V.
A chart can be found in the instrument's reference manual to provide maximum signal levels by range on page 4-41:
https://www.tek.com/en/keithley-source-measure-units/keithley-smu-2400-series-sourcemeter-manual/model-2470-high-voltage-1

Model 2470 was designed to replace the Model 2410, but is not a drop-in replacement for all features. Do note though, that a similar source isolation relay was used in the Model 2470 as is used in the Model 2410.
