Firmware version shows questionmarks

Good morning forum members.<br> <br> I have a problem with a device type 2450.<br> On the info and management screen the firmware version and the serial number are displayed as question marks.<br> It is also not possible to install a new firmware.<br> Can someone give me a reason/solution for this problem.<br> <br> Kind regards,<br> <br> Michel

Hello Ty,&#160;<br> Thank you for your involvement.<br> In the meantime the problem has been solved.<br> The flat cable between the display board and the main board was damaged.<br> Don't ask me how and why?
