Questions regarding Kethley 2602A sourcemeter

Our department purchased this sourcemeter  several years ago. We want to use it to perform the I-V measurement of a solar cell device, but the computer installed with the measurement software crashed and we couldn't find the installation CD. Could you provide us the installation files so we can perform the measurement? And who is our local technical support contact staff?

We no longer provide CDs with software and other downloads.
All relevant documents and files related to the 2602A series SMUs can be found here:

The most current control software is KickStart: https://www.tek.com/en/products/keithley/keithley-control-software-bench-instruments/kickstart

However, the A-series models are obsolete and generally unsupported, having been replaced by the 26xxB series.
Our engineers will be able to provide limited support of questions related to the use of the 2602A.

Thanks for your reply and the info for the software. We also need the adapters/cables for the measurement.  Are the Triax adapters/3-slot cables still available for the 2602A model? Can I get a quote for that?
