No, I didn't. I only wrote to the support chat and they suggested me to repair my warranty oscilloscope for $1605 аt my expense (new oscilloscope costs about $2000). I think that they are kidding me. Could you write them too? coe@tek.com or cee@tek.com.
In my opinion, this is 100% a software problem and it can be solved by flashing a new version of software.

I have an TBS1202C oscilloscope that I bought new in 2022. It runs firmware 1.29.30. FPGA Version: v20.78. Front Panel Version v5.
The oscilloscope freezes when the horizontal scan knob is rotated. After a few minutes, it reboots itself by watchdog.

Has anybody encountered these symptoms? Any idea what the causes are, and how the scope could be fixed? Thanks!
