Found the problem :) Had to change primary display to PCI in the Bios. Once done, the scope is up and running like a champ :)

I have just received this scope, but it has a couple of problems. 

First, the scope boot to windows and starts the Tek scope program. But, the display is only present on the external screen. I can't get the scope to display on the on board screen. The on board screen is OK, but can only be used as a extended screen for windows. I have tried to my best effort to set the on board screen as primary screen in Windows, but seems impossible. 
Next problem is that it won't display waveforms, it does measure volt, freq, duty cycle correct, but no signs of waveform. 
All self test on the scope says Pass. 
At the start o fthe Tek scope sw, I get 2 error messages, see enclosed pictures. 

Anyone can help me get this old scope to work?
