FGPA Commerr error in current source 6221
I have a current source 6221, which has firmware version A02. However, I accidentally downloaded D03 firmware version on the instrument while trying to update it. Now, it is showing the FGPA Commerr error, and when I tried to downgrade the firmware version, it got blocked. What should I do? Is there any method to revert the firmware?
