RE: MDO34 problem
So I have figured it out what and why it happens now. When I go above 40.0 ms/div the oscilloscope goes from AUTO to ROLL-mode. And that is the reason for all weird stuff happening. -
MDO34 problem
My company has bought a MDO34 and it worked pretty ok until I upgraded the firmware. Now the oscilloscope doesn't trigger direct which results in the pulse ends up outside the screen. And it can only trigger at some ms/div. Let say I have 40ms/div and it triggers. I change it to 100ms/div and then the scope doesn't trigger. And so on.
The trigger line doesn't appear anymore on the screen.
Also when i press Single the scope should wait until it has something to trigger on. Now the channel lines goes from right to left and when the lines has come to the left the scope goes to Stop. Makes it impossible to use
Don't think it is possible to downgrade to earlier firmware. So now I don't know what to do. Sometimes the scope suddenly start to work as normal again and just a bit later not working again. For me it sounds like software problem.
