Hi,
I am trying to revive a bricked TDS540 that refuses firmware updates.
There are useful troubleshooting diagrams in the TDS520 Component Level Diagnostic  and Repair Manual Vol 2 available on TekWiki.
I suspect that the Byte Decoder PAL U1048 is defective ( signal LLBE irregular ).
The Byte Enable Decoder Troubleshooting Procedure refers to a diagnostic called cpuDRAMMem diagnostics, that is not part of this volume.
The equations of the U1048 PAL are listed on " Table 6-22 ".

Where can I find this information ?
Are they part of a "Vol 1" ?
