Hi.
Unit: Keithley 2460 with Firmware 1.7.12b.

I need to adjust a 2460. All negative voltages and currents have 6% deviation. For the adjustment I have written a MetCal procedure using the "Calibration and Adjustment Manual". Rev.A January 2016.
For the adjustment a HP3458A is used. 
All voltages can be adjusted. Except the 200mV range not. At the last step the error 506 appears.

For current, only the 100uA range works. All other ranges also generate the error 506.

Can someone help me with this probelm ?

i have updated the firmware from version 1.1.4 to 1.4.2. now the offset in the 100mV range is about 35mV. the documentation mentions an adjustment with the script KIOffsetAdjust. unfortunately i cannot find this script. it is not available on the device and not in the TSB software. Can I download this script somewhere?
