Order similar unit to 197A

Do you have recommendations on similar units to the 197A. I would like to replace my unit but it is obsolete, so I'd like something similar in terms of specifications. I currently connect to fabric with alligator clamps that have copper running through them, and am wondering if you have any recommendations to go alongside the unit.

A good replacement to the the obsoleted Keithley 197A will be the DMM6500.
