Dear

Can you explain  internal diagram or schmatic about TF-245.
It help to find out compatible part or made new one to change other parts or to assemble.

My keithley2000 was broken TF-245.

I disagree about the part availability.
As a repair part, item TF-245 is available component.  Contact your local Tektronix sales office.
It is a resistor network in SOIC-16.
