Many of the functionality of this scope no longer responds to button presses (triggering, among others).
We are also no longer able to open most menus. The scope reports not passing a power-on self-test.

This item will most likely need to be sent in for repair. If you like you can review the service manual and see if this is an issue you can attempt to fix yourself.
