MDO3014 Slow Sample Rate

The sample rate of signal that is shown on the screen is 1 every 0.5 sec, while other scope is displaying like live signal do you know what the issue may be?

You can control the sample rate of the scope by setting the Horizontal scale and the Record Length (Record Length/Sample Rate = Acquisition Time). If in doubt, or uncertain what settings have been adjusted you can press the Default Setup button to change the horizontal settings back to default values.
