TBS1000 Series Trouble saving via USB

I'm having issues having saving data from my 1000C via USB. Anything I try to copy onto the storage device doesn't work, and am wondering if it's because it's a USB 3.0 device.Please reach out to Haw-wei regarding this. Thanks

Hello,

Make sure that the USB is formatted with the FAT32 File System. This scope should not have any issues with a USB 3.0 flash drive.
