The MDO 3 Series scopes do not have an AUX input that can be used as a trigger source, so any triggering will need to be done from the analog channels themselves. The MDO 3 Series scope does support remote connectivity options over LAN including e*Scope, LXI compatibility, as well as the features native to VISA compatibility such as programmatic control over LAN.
