My TDS3014C scope has corrupted firmware, and I need to download an image to fix it. It appears to download it, but do I need to send a request? Not sure. Thanks, I'm down until I fix the scope.
Please try to reinstall the firmware using the installation instructions found with the firmware. Also add an empty file titled "forceinstall.txt" to the root folder this will force the scope to install the firmware.
