TDS2024 start up failure

My TDS2024 does not power up properly. When turned on the front panel LEDs blink. Sometimes after an hour or so the unit will come on and operate. I suspect a power supply problem but I am not sure if this product is still supported. Can you help?

The TDS2024 went out of production in 2006 and has been out of support since 2011. Our service group still offers best effort repair but if the power supply is the issue I show them as no longer available.
