MDO3104 cannot turn on. All LED light up but no further steps. Can you help?

There could be a few possibilities. If just a software issue reloading or upgrading, the firmware could fix it. See link: https://www.tek.com/en/support/software/firmware/mdo3k-firmware-release-v130

If still not powering up the issue is most likely a hardware issue and a repair will be needed.
