SAVE IMAGe command is not working over ethernet in TBS 2000B Oscilloscope

I am trying to automate the Oscilloscope. I wanted to capture screen images and screen setting and upload back in to the scope. Please anyone guide me how to automate the scope to capture screen shot over ethernet.
