No, I didn't. I only wrote to the support chat and they suggested me to repair my warranty oscilloscope for $1605 аt my expense (new oscilloscope costs about $2000). I think that they are kidding me. Could you write them too? coe@tek.com or cee@tek.com.
In my opinion, this is 100% a software problem and it can be solved by flashing a new version of software.
