DPO2024 Stuck on splash screen

I have been having trouble with this scope for a while. It started out with loading up to the normal screen after boot up but the hourglass would stay on the screen and never actually allow me to use it. I let it sit for a while unplugged from power completely and now it wont load past the start up/ splash screen. If tried power cycles using the power button and unplugging it completely. Any idea what the issue may be?

Try reinstalling the latest firmware, as this can help jumpstart any stuck relays. You will need to force the scope to load the firmware if it is the same as the firmware version already on the scope and I suggest doing this step even if you don't think the scope is on the save firmware version. To force the scope to load the file, create an empty file named "override.txt" on the drive in the root or topmost folder. Make sure that the USB drive is FAT32 file formatted.
