You can upgrade your DPO73304DX to windows 10 by ordering part DPO7SSD-W10. The drive is user installable but there are two different but the exact option will depend on whether your scope is using the motherboard supporting the IntelCore 2 (M566) or the IntelCore i7 (M581) CPU, you can verify this by checking the system information within Windows on the scope or referring to the attached image to identify the I/O shield of the motherboard.
