2022B and TekBench Issues

I am having some issues with my 2022B and TekBench. I can see the signal on the software, but when I try to log the data, it appears empty in the data points. I'm wondering if it's a compatibility issue. If so, please provide recommendations for other software that I can log data on.

The option most people prefer for instrument control software on this scope series is called Tekscope Utility. It is a free piece of software that allows the saving and transferring of screenshots, digital and analog waveforms, measurement data, and setup files to and from the scope.
