Hi everyone,
i have a waveform CSV from textronix DPO 7354C osilloscope,
the signal is very long, about 3 seconds, and i whould like to get the RMS every 1ms over the whole signal,
but im having trouble understanding the data on the CSV and converting is to RMS measurements.
i would appreciateany insite that can help me understand this waveform CSV sinsce i cant fine any information on the web.

here is an example of part of the data (the file is to large to upload):

Hi Noa,

The data is given as time (in seconds) in the left column and voltage in the right column.
