Can't connect MSO46 to tekScope software

I'm trying to use TekScope software with MSO46 over USB. It will not connect. The dialog box says None for USB device. TekVISA is installed. When I connect or disconnect the USB cable, A windows pops up saying that a resources is no longer available, then another saying new resources when cable reconnected.

Copying over the reply to the ticket that you sent in:
Are there any other VISAs downloaded to your PC? There is this bug where TekVISA needs to be the first VISA installed if you're using others (like NI-VISA). Does the MSO46 show up in TekVISA, even if not in TekScope?
 
Does the scope show up at all in the windows Device Manager (even if it isn't labelled as MSO46B)? Maybe try a few different USB cables as well, preferably USB 3.0 with a ferrite bead.
 
We will start from here and try to narrow down where the issue is occurring.

<p>&amp;#160;Device Manager shows USB Test and measurement Device IVI so that's good. Checked IO setting of scope. USB device port is on. TekScope still says scope is offline. Tried connecting again. TekScope says Unable to connect to remote scope.</p> <p>No other versions of VISA installed</p>

Actually, that may not be true. I have run NI VistrualBench, which installed software on its own. It's possible that NIVISA is running. S earch of my PC did not turn up NI VISA but who knows?
