The Recovery Media DVD doesn't work or seem ti be accepted onto my DPO7254. I have tried with another Hard Drive with XP Windows & just ends up with a BLUE SCREEN. Do you have any ideas on what the problem may be?

Hello,
The Recovery Media must be the Tektronix version that matches the Model serial number and hardware in the scope.

Also it could just be a bad disk, or the scope is not working well enough to even do the OS restore in which case a repair will be needed.
