I have a TDS2022 that needs to be upgraded from the 2.06 to 2.12 firmware. How do I get the upgrade?
The TDS2022 did not have customer upgradable firmware. You can create an RMA for calibration and state you need the firmware updated and Tektronix can do that during calibration at our factory service center, see contact information below:
