MDO34 Spectrum Analyzer functionality

We bought MDO34 3-BW-500 18 months ago.

We selected this model for it's range of capabilities. Spectrum Analysis capability was a key.
Spectrum Analyzer
• Frequency range: 9 kHz - 1 GHz (standard) or 3 GHz (optional)
• Ultra-wide capture bandwidth up to 3 GHz

When we try to use this function there is no response. Can you tell me why?

To enable to free 1GHz spectrum analyzer on the MDO34 please do the following. Firstly ensure that the scope is running firmware version 1.10.4. Second register your scope at the link below. Finally after you install the new license key your scope will unlock the 1GHz spectrum analyzer.
