I require letters or certificates of volatility for the Tektronix TM5003, AM5030, and A6302 current probe equipment (see below for reference)

The information we have for declassification/memory erasure is on tek.com for the AM5030.

For the other requested model, we have no formal document on them as they are fairly old products. What I can say about the A6302, is it has no memory devices that could store any data.

The TM5003 was just a power supply main frame for the AM5030 no user accessible memory if any at all.
The TM5000 products were sold to TEGAM www.tegam.com, a long time ago, they may be able help you with declassification information on those products.
