How to create exit ID

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have installed kickstart software in our system and generated the licence certificate, after generating software not taking and it is showing already in use. so i want to regenerate the new licence certificate by existing from the old host ID. Please guide us to do.

Hi Saravanakumar,
1) Log into TekAMS and going to Inventory page: https://www2.tek.com/slam/sl_licenses_ui.inventory
2) Scroll to your Kickstart License and click licenses In Use
3) In Use Actions --> Check In
4) Upload exit key under Checkout Details.
