how to get EXIT key file in kickstart for checking it in AMS

Hello,
I'd like to move my kickstart license to another PC, in AMS it require the EXIT key file for checking in.
How can I get the EXIT key file?

To remove a license from KickStart and to generate the exit key do the following: 

1. Click on the key icon in the top right corner of the KickStart application.
2. In the pop up window select the license you would like to remove.
3. Click "Remove License"
4. Save the exit key somewhere easy to find on your system.  
   1. For ease I like saving it to a folder in Documents

Now you will have an exit key ready to check into AMS.

I'd like to check-in to my kickstart license, it requires the EXIT key file for checking in.
How can I get the EXIT key file?
Can you please clarify whether it is license file or some other file?
When am I uploading the license file it is showing error value not provided? 

Step 1:  In the KickStart, generate an exit key (and have the LIC file).
Seems you already did that as the screen shot of KickStart shows no license.  I assume you already exported it to have this state.

Step 2:  in the AMS license site, navigate into your in use license inventory and use the Upload to receive the LIC file.
