Kickstart .xlsx export constantly freeze

Hi, 

We have a SMU2400 connected to a Core2Quad PC, with 8GB RAM and an SSD. 

Our problem is that the .xlsx export from kickstart constantly freezes and either exports half the data, or none. 

We tried it with more less than 10 measurements and more than 100 measurements. 

It always crashes. 

Is there any solutions? Is it a memory problem?

Can you let us know which version of KickStart you use?

We have the 2.11.0 version, build 375

Can you share a screen shot of how the Export Data is configured for your case?
Are you doing a manual export or automatically export new runs?
Are you using a fixed custom filename or autogenerated filename (for example: <app-name> <run> <time>)?
Are you attempting to overwrite an existing file?
Does the below reported problem apply to your situation? If yes, there is a workaround.

Problem: If filename is a fixed name, this problem has been reported and fixed in the next (not yet released 2.11.3 version)
Workaround: avoid using manual export with fixed file name to an xlsx file that already exists.
