MD5 Check Error/AFG31000

I followed the software procedure to update the firmware of a AFG31000 series generator but when I went to update the firmware on the generator I received a MD5 check error. I understand this error is a naming error in which the original file format has been changed from what is being updated to (in a very basic understanding.
Currently firmware is version 1.5.2 and I'm attempting to update to 1.6.1. I've tried to copy over just the tfb file as well as transferring the entire AFG folder and running from there. Both resulted in the same error.
I've tried searching for a resolution to this and can not seem to find anything; open to all ideas.

Hi Wesley,
That hints that there might be an error with your file, please try downloading it again and then follow the installation instructions in the release notes.
