Hardware communication Error 5067 Keithley 2651A

Hi, I got error 5067 hardware communication error when communicating with the SMU sometimes. I measure IV curve on a solar cell and when the lamp is lighting the cell and 1 of 10 times maybe I get this error. But it never happens if the light is off. I use settings as 4 wire remote, highc and sink is on. I use Tcp communication. Do you know what the problem is?

You might also want to contact David at the email in earlier post.

Are you using any output off mode commands?
Are you using the high capacitance mode?

What is the Isc at 0V of your cell?
What is the Voc at 0A?
