    &lt;p&gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;I'm having the same problem on my ThinkPad P71 running Win10Pro 22H2&amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;gt; It opens and then stalls for about 20 seconds then just shuts down. I tried enabling the xml system. diagnostic flags by setting their values all to&amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;gt; &amp;amp;amp;quot;1&amp;amp;amp;quot;. Behavior is slightly different. Now the Icons in the menu bar appear to fill out at the top of the window but otherwise same thing.&amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;gt; &amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;gt; I have second workstation in my lab also running Win10Pro 22H2 and it works fine. I filed a post with Tek quite awhile back but they never got back to me. I guess they don't care.
