TDS2002C Voltage Issue
My TDS2002C is not reading voltages correctly. When I get peak voltage levels, I only gets a hundredth of what I anticipate. For example, when I measure 800 volts, the unit only shows 8 volts. I'm not sure what's causing the problem because it this was working properly yesterday. Any ideas on what the issue may be?

Unable to get full screen output using VGA Output on the DPO2CONN
I am using a DPO2CONN to create a VGA output from my MSO2000 scope. However, I am not able to get a full screen output. The image appears on the screen with a colored/black area around the scope output, rather than full screen. My monitor is capable of up to 1920x1080, but the image is showing as 640x480. Is this normal behavior? The scope has no controls for the output from the VGA port.

2022B and TekBench Issues
I am having some issues with my 2022B and TekBench. I can see the signal on the software, but when I try to log the data, it appears empty in the data points. I'm wondering if it's a compatibility issue. If so, please provide recommendations for other software that I can log data on.

Is the MSO64 is compatible with TekExpress. If not, what other software would work alongside the unit for debugging (PCIe compliance, signal integrity, etc)?
