Clean room material compatibility

<p>&lt;p&gt;We have a Keithley 2230-30-3 power supply that we need to use in a clean room.&#160;&#160;I just need to know if the keypad, rubber feet, or any other components of the power supply contain any silicone.&lt;/p&gt;</p>

However, I do know they are both&#160;<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><span style="font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif;"><span style="color:black;">RoHS and REACH compliant.</span></span></span>

Could you please tell me more about your concern with silicone in the 2260B and usage in your clean room?

Silicone can contaminate other surfaces and equipment in a clean room setting.&#160; It gets on the gloves and then gets spread to every surface that we touch.&#160; The concern is really just the external interfaces, and we&#160;can work around the silicone, if we know that it's there.
