RE: mso58lp connetion to display
1. Power on the monitor and place it in the Display Port mode
2. Connect the cable and power on the MSO58LP.On some displays there is a race condition between the display and video card in the MSO58LP.

RE: TCP 202A probe connection to MSO2024B using a TPA-BNC adapter
No, the TCP202A needs to use the 1103 probe power supply and a 50Ω terminator instead of the TPA-BNC adapter. This is due to the TCP202A being designed for a 50Ω termination instead of the MSO2kB 1MΩ termination.
If you switch to connecting the TCP202A to a 1103, then have a 50Ω termination between the 1103 and the scope it will resolve the issue. Note, you will need to manually configure the channel to support this setup

RE: TCA-1MEG Discontinued
The TCA-1MEG is still available, there has been no limited supply or manufacturing end date announced.

RE: AFG3011 output differential signals
The AFG3011 is a single channel AFG. Even with 2-channel AFG's, the skew between the two channels is too big to be feasible for differential signals.

RE: How to change MDO3034/TDP1500 default display from dBm
When using the RF input on the MDO3k the units default to dBm. You can change this to one of several other units by pressing Ampl in RF section of the front panel. Then select the vertical units and adjust using the multipurpose knobs.

RE: Looking for differences between the TDS3012C and TDS3012C-NV
There is no function difference between the two scopes. The-NV version was for a Navy contract.

RE: How many wires can I fit through the CT6?
Thanks for contacting us,
The CT6 probe head's opening is very small, only designed for 20 gauge uninsulated wire (0.8mm). If this doesn't sound like it would work for your test setup I can help get you pointed in the right direction if you've got some specs for the signals you need to measure as well as the scope you will be connecting the probe to.

RE: Delayed sinusoidal output
The AFG1062 has a maximum of 8K points of arbitrary waveform memory. To get two seconds of data, you would need a sample rate of 4KS/s (8K points / 2s). This is not a high enough sample rate to get a 10kHZ signal. Do you have any other Tektronix AFGs available to use for this test?
