Can the 2281S measure a pulsed current of 3 volts and 10 mS duration?

Can the 2281S measure a pulsed current of 3 volts and 10 mS duration?
The current would be driven into a 1 ohm load so about 3 amps will be drawn.

There was a question posted on Tektronix web site in regards to The pulse capability of the 2281s power supply can be found in the datasheet: https://www.tek.com/en/datasheet/2281s-datasheet

On page 6 you will find the the pulse specification for the 2281S.
