I am trying to locate two calibration certificates that we did not receive with our Desco ESD mats. 

Customer Service phone line cannot help me unless I have a serial number (mats don't have a SN) or asset number (mats don't have), or quote number (unable to locate or was never given a quote).

Desco model# 6980T18
Desco model# 6980T17

The calibration date on the above mats are Jan 19 2024.

  • Which Customer Service department did you call (Tektronix or Desco)?
  • Did you purchase the mats from Tektronix or from one of our partners?
  • Do you have an order number for the order that included these mats?

  • Did you purchase the mats from Tektronix or from one of our partners? Unsure

If you received OEM Calibration Services for you two DESCO ESD Mats, we recommend you reach out to your local Tektronix Service Center using the following link:
tek.com/services/calibration-services/locations

Our service centers may have access to your calibration certificates.
