RE: Problem with a 2246A
Hi David,
Have you checked the signals going in/out of U2416A and U2416D? Failure of those could explain what you're seeing. -
RE: DPO77002SX Waveform Saving Rate
Hi Drew,
This is a little more complex than I like to handle in this forum, so I've emailed you at the email you registered your account with and we can work on this issue there. -
RE: Tektronix TDS7104 Windows and firmware reinstallation
Hi,
You need to use the OS restore disk (which includes the appropriate drivers and firmware) to reinstall the OS on this instrument. -
RE: Command for single sequence mode to save data
Hi Sur,
Are you running the VI to get waveform data before or after single shot mode is triggered?
If it's before, then I would expect an error, as there's no data to be sent over. You have to wait until after the trigger happens and the data is fully acquired to be able to transfer it over. -
RE: Does TBS2104B Oscilloscope support FTP or HTTP?
Hi Reena,
No it does not support transferring files through those protocols. -
RE: MSO46 Missing Waveform Histogram Feature
P.S.: You can do waveform histograms with an MSO46 if you use TekScope: https://www.tek.com/en/products/software/tekscope-pc-analysis-software -
RE: MSO46 Missing Waveform Histogram Feature
Hi Frank,
Unfortunately the waveform histogram feature is only for the new MSO4B, it will not be present on the MSO4 (non-letter). -
RE: Application information to control arbitrary waveform
Hi Chandu,
The rise and fall time are determined by your placement of the points in the arbitrary waveform (and limited by the bandwidth of the hardware). -
RE: TBS2104B Scope : SCPI command to read is fetching partial data
Hi Reena,
I think this might be related to this discussion in the old forum: https://forum.tek.com/viewtopic.php?t=139957
Could also be that the Read() method stops reading when it sees a termination character (0x0A most likely), which will fail to read an arbitrary block. You should check if your library has a function to read an array if arbitrary binary values (like pyvisa's read_binary_values()). -
RE: TekScope can't connect to MDO4104-B6
Hi Stephen,
The MDO4000 is not in the list of supported models in the datasheet for TekScope, so I don't believe it's supported, no.
